Interfaces that use Focusrite Control (All other Scarlett and Clarett interfaces)
Within the Output Routing section of Focusrite Control, please route 'Playback (DAW) 1-2' to the outputs your monitor speakers or headphones are connected to. By default, the master output channel in your DAW and all other audio playback on your computer will be sent to 'Playback (DAW) 1-2'.
If you're routing a Custom Mix to the outputs you have your monitor speakers or headphones connected to, highlight the output and mute the analogue input channels within the mix.
Interfaces that use Saffire or Scarlett Mix Control
Select Routing Preset > DAW tracking
This routes DAW 1 and DAW 2 to all pairs of outputs on the interface. By default, the master output channel in your DAW and all other audio playback on your computer will sent to DAW 1-2.
