This applies to the iTrack Pocket

The most likely cause for this will be having Wi-Fi and Bluetooth switched on.
                                                 
When using the iTrack Pocket, please ensure you have your iPhone (or iOS device) in Aeroplane mode.

It can also be possible to have Wi-Fi active whilst in Aeroplane Mode, so please also ensure that this is switched off.
