Applies to: Scarlett 4i4 (3rd Gen) and Scarlett 4i4 (4th Gen)

The Monitor control on the Scarlett 4i4 3rd Gen and 4th Gen is an analogue potentiometer and only controls the level of outputs 1-2.

If you find that changing the dial has no effect on your output level, please check that your monitors are connected to Line Outputs 1-2 on the rear panel as shown below.
