If you are having trouble logging in to your customer portal account due to a password not being accepted, please follow the steps below in order to reset your password.

On the login page, after verifying your account email, click on the "Forgot your password?" link

You'll see a confirmation with an option to resend the password reset email, if it has not been received after a few minutes. Please ensure to check the junk/spam folder in case this is filtered out of your main inbox.

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

This link will take you to the page below. Proceed on to enter your new password in the "New password" and "Retype new password" fields (highlighted in green), then click 'Change Password'.
- You will see a confirmation message. Click 'Back to login' to log in with your new password.
