The sample rate on PCIeNX and TNX interfaces can't be changed from Dante Controller, though the option is still available. On Windows, both the sample rate and buffer size must be changed from the Focusrite Notifier. The Focusrite Notifier settings panel can be opened from the icon in the Windows taskbar. If you are unable to find this icon, please see this article.

If you are using macOS, you can change these settings within your DAW of choice. You are also able to change the sample rate from AudioMIDI Setup.
