We’ve identified an issue that can cause the BattlEye anti‑cheat module to crash when the Focusrite MIDI driver is installed and initialised. This may affect users playing games such as PUBG and Marathon.

The issue has been resolved in Focusrite Driver version 4.144.0. You can download the updated driver here:

This driver is also included in Focusrite Control 2 version 1.980.

Installation notes:

• Clarett, Scarlett 2nd/3rd Gen, and Vocaster users should install driver 4.144.0 after installing the appropriate control software for their device.
• If the control software is already installed, you can simply run the driver installer linked above.
