How do I access Live Chat?

Live chat is generally in use 24 hours Monday - Friday. To chat with an agent, click the 'Support' widget on any Help Centre page. This will appear as shown in the image below:

When you click the widget, you will be able to search for an answer to your enquiry:

If you do not find an answer to your enquiry, when an agent is available, you will see a 'Live Chat' button appear in the support widget as shown below. Use this to chat with an agent:
