If your computer can see the Control 2802, but data doesn't seem to be getting from one to the other reliably, it could be because of other traffic on your network.

If you are connecting the Control 2802 to your computer via a larger network, try connecting your computer to this network via an Ethernet switch, and connect your Control 2802 directly to this switch.
