Applies to all Focusrite Interfaces
Loopback allows you to record any audio mix back into your DAW/recording app. This could be the audio output of another software application, useful for recording video calls and podcasts, for example, or an entire monitor mix including analogue or digital inputs mixed with any playback signals that you wish to capture in your DAW/recording app.
Loopback uses virtual inputs, which have no physical connectors on the hardware interface itself, but
may be selected in your DAW/recording app as signal sources for recording in the same way as any other input channel.
Loopback is featured on the following Focusrite audio interfaces:
ISA C8X
Scarlett 4th Generation
Vocaster

Saffire (FireWire 제품군)
The Saffire FireWire range is no longer under development support. For reference, see this article: Saffire FireWire Range - end of development support
If your interface is not listed, it does not support Loopback.
