Applies to Scarlett 1st Generation devices on Windows
From Focusrite Driver version 4.124, Scarlett MixControl will not appear within the Windows Start Menu or on the Desktop.
To access Scarlett MixControl, follow the steps below:
- Download and install the latest version of the driver. This can be found at: downloads.focusrite.com.
- Go to C:\Program Files\Focusrite\Drivers\smc\ScarlettMixControl.exe
- Create a desktop shortcut by right-clicking Scarlett Mix Control.exe > Show more options > Create Shortcut.
- Click Yes when Windows asks to place the shortcut on the Desktop.
You can now access Scarlett MixControl from a shortcut on the Desktop.
Alternatively, you can open Scarlett Mix Control using Focusrite Notifier in your system tray by right-clicking the Focusrite Notifier and selecting Scarlett Mix Control.
