No - the Red Range will only enumerate on one machine at a time, it's not possible to connect it to two computers using the two Thunderbolt ports.

It is, however, possible to connect a Red interface to one computer over Thunderbolt in order to access Focusrite Control and then connect to a Pro Tools HD/HDX system installed in another computer over DigiLink. Please note that audio will only pass over either Thunderbolt or DigiLink depending on which host mode the Red interface is set to, it's not possible to record into one computer over Thunderbolt and another using DigiLink at the same time.
