This applies to: 1st and 2nd Generation Scarlett ranges, Saffire range, Clarett range, Red range

The DC wall adaptor included with products that require it automatically switches to work at any voltage in the range of 100 - 240 V 50/60 Hz based on the voltage that it senses. If using your interface with a different supply voltage, you can simply use the plug adaptor or the wall adaptor specific to your country to connect it to the power supply. There is no need to buy a new power adaptor.

Interfaces that have IEC inlets that connect directly to the mains (such as the Scarlett 18i20, Saffire Pro 40/Liquid Saffire 56, Clarett 8Pre/8PreX, Red Range) also have auto-sensing functionality and will work with any voltage in the 100 - 240 volts range.

Please note that it is not advisable to purchase from a country other than your own since the warranty will be held by the distributor in the country of purchase only, as explained in the warranty statement that can be viewed here (the exception being purchases from our online store).
