Scarlett 4i4, 16i6, 18i16 and 18i20 (4th Gen) contain a mixer controllable from the Mixer page in Focusrite Control 2. You can use this mixer to combine and send input sources to the physical outputs of your Scarlett using the Routing tab.

With Scarlett Solo and 2i2 (4th Gen) you can adjust the Direct Monitor mix via the Direct tab in Focusrite Control 2:
By default, Direct Monitor is turned off - you must enable it to hear the Direct mix. To enable Direct Monitor, either press the Direct button on the front panel of your interface or click the Direct Monitor toggle in Focusrite Control 2:
Once Direct Monitoring is enabled, any adjustments you make to the faders affect your headphone/line output signal. You will also see output metering for the Direct Monitor mix on the right-hand side of the window:
Scarlett 2i2 (4th Gen) features a Mono or Stereo direct monitoring option for the two analogue inputs. Enabling Stereo pans Input 1 to the left and Input 2 to the right - this can be toggled using the Direct button on the front of the device or the Mono/Stereo button found between the channel strips in Focusrite Control 2:
