This applies to the Platinum Compounder and Platinum TwinTrak Pro & other Class-A units
This is not a problem - these are class-A devices, so will generate heat. The units are designed to work while running hot and so the heat is not a problem, even on long sessions.
With any class-A equipment, it is important not to cover any of the air vents, and it is advisable to leave at least 1U of rack space to allow heat to dissipate. Especially if there is a whole rack of class-A equipment.
