Pro Tools Intro+ is included with qualifying Focusrite hardware products - to redeem and install Pro Tools Intro+, you will first need to register your device to a Focusrite Account:

Step-By-Step Guide

1. Once you have registered your product, go to the 'My Software' section in your account and click DAW as the filter.

2. Click on the View details link for Pro Tools Intro+ as indicated and scroll down the page to find the Show me my code button

3. Click on Show me my code and click on the underlined link (The code will be entered automatically by clicking on the link)

4. Enter the requested information to create an account on Avid's website (If you do not already have an iLok account, please tick the No option to the Do you have an iLok account question. By selecting no, Avid will create a new iLok account under the same email and password used for the Avid account automatically. A physical iLok dongle is not required for Pro Tools Intro+.)

5. Download and install Avid Link.

6. Fill in the prompted user profile, as well as entering your computer's password to grant access to Avid Link for automatic installations and updates

7. Install Pro Tools Intro+ and Native Access - Pro Tools Factory Essentials

8. Once Pro Tools Intro+ is installed, it can be opened from here
