On Windows 10/11 we have seen reports that Vocaster Hub 1.4 and newer freezes on some Windows systems once opened. From our investigation, the issue is caused by some AMD motherboards, notably motherboards with the B series of chipsets (B450, B550, & B650)

If your PC or motherboard has a USB-C port, we recommend using a USB-C to USB-C cable to connect your Vocaster to your system, as when using USB-C ports, the freezing issue does not occur.

 
If your PC or motherboard does not have a USB-C port, then you will need to use Vocaster Hub 1.3
