It is not possible to disable direct monitoring on the Vocaster, the Host and Guest headphone output will always send the mics input to the headphone outputs.

This has been done so that you can monitor your own signal whilst podcasting or streaming, allowing you to keep track of your signal level and the sound quality so that you can get the best result for your listeners.
