How To Install TeamviewerQS

When you arrive at this website, TeamViewer will be automatically downloaded to your computer's Downloads Folder. If you're on Mac it will be in finder or if you're on Windows it will be in your File folders. If you're on Google Chrome it will appear at the bottom.

For Mac
Double-click the downloaded file and go through the installation process. Please be sure to accept the EULA and DPA.
After installing, you will be prompted to Review System Access. Please click 'Request Access' and Open System Preferences.
If you accidentally close the Review System Access window, you can also go to:
System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy
When you are in this window, put a checkmark next to TeamviewerQS to grant access. ONLY grant us access to Accessibility and Screen Recording. Please be sure to click the lock to make changes.
After granting access, a small window with an ID and Password will pop up. Please lend this information to your agent so they can access your computer and control your mouse.
After you restart your computer, your ID will remain the same, but your password will change. This will lock the agent out of your computer. To continue troubleshooting, reopen TeamViewer (located in your apps folder) and give them the new password.
For Windows

How to uninstall TeamviewerQS
For Mac
- Open the TeamViewer preferences.
- Open the Advanced tab.
- Under Uninstall, click the Uninstall button.
- TeamViewer is uninstalled.
- Restart your computer
For Windows:
- Open the Control Panel.
- Under Programs click the Uninstall a Program link.
- Select the TeamViewer program and right click then select Uninstall/Change.
- Follow the prompts to finish the uninstallation of the software.
- Restart your computer
