On Vocaster One, the speaker and headphone outputs use the same control.

On Vocaster Two, the speaker volume is tied to the first headphone output. If you are recording on your own and would like to separate the mixes, you can plug your headphones into the second headphone output. Vocaster Hub has a 'mute' button for just the speaker outputs.
