There are a very small number of reports of the loading bar getting stuck while booting up Macs/MacBooks running High Sierra (10.13) and Mojave (10.14) after installing:

• Focusrite Control
• Scarlett Mix Control
• Saffire Mix Control
• RedNet Control
• Novation Editors/Librarians

In cases where this issue has occurred, we have been able to get systems running again by booting into Recovery Mode and running some Terminal commands– though this needs to be dealt with by our support team.

In these instances, reinstalling the operating system, or running the terminal commands and then reinstalling our software has resulted in no problems whatsoever.
