I'm not getting any sound from my Clarett interface!

In order for interfaces to pass audio they must have a valid sync source. If Focusrite Control shows a red icon in the top left corner of the screen this indicates that your interface does not have a valid sync source:

If this is the case, please navigate to the 'Device Settings' tab in Focusrite Control and ensure that the Sync Source is set correctly. If you're not using any devices connected over ADAT or SPDIF then this should always be set to 'Internal'.

You should now be able to get audio playing through to the outputs of your interface.
