If you are seeing the following error message when trying to register your product, it may be possible that you have entered the 18 digit bundle-code instead.

*We are aware of a few batches of Scarlett's with the letter "R" printed in the serial number. If this is the case for you and you are receiving the incorrect serial number message please reenter the serial number without the 'R' and it should be accepted.
