My Red Plug-in Suite registration says "Product Serial Number Not Validated"

If the Red Plug-in suite registration in your user account shows "Product Serial Number Not Validated", it will be because the serial number of the interface registered to the user account is incorrect.

To rectify this, please click on the "Register Product" link in the user account and re-register the interface using the serial number printed on the white sticker on the bottom of your interface. Once this has been completed the Red Plug-in Suite activation code should be available in your user account.
