Do I need wordclock to record from my ISA A/D card to my audio interface?

Article applies to: ISA One, 220, 430, 430 MkII, 428, 828.

No, the digital output has a clock signal embedded within the audio signal. Simply connect the digital output of the ISA to the audio interface's digital input. The audio interface must have external sync selected as its clock source and be running at the same sample rate as the ISA's A/D card.
