My 2nd Gen Scarlett's serial number is not being recognised upon registration.

When registering your Scarlett 2nd Gen audio, you will be asked to enter the product's serial number. This can be found on the box and on the underside of the device itself. 

 

We have recently become aware that a small number of 2nd Gen Scarlett's have a letter 'R' placed in the middle of the serial number. If this is the case for you, please enter the serial number without  the 'R' - you will find that is accepted by our registration system. 

For example,

change 'W2222222R2222' to 'W22222222222'
