Focusrite Website Issues

NOTE: This is now resolved, and we don't expect there to be any further bandwidth issues with our Registration System. If you are redirected here upon trying to register, please try again in a few minutes and you should be able to proceed as expected.

NOTE: Registration is not necessary to use your Focusrite Product. All included Software is Bonus Software, with the exception of the Drivers/Focusrite Control, which are freely available to download at the links below.

Dear Focusrite Customer,

Unfortunately, the webservers that host our sites have incurred a bandwidth issue  which has resulted in many users unable to access the Focusrite & Novation websites. If you’ve been redirected here, our registration service is unavailable due to heavy load. Please try again shortly (but in the meantime you can proceed to the resources below).

Our teams are actively working on the problem now but in the short term we have created a list of resources that will allow you to get up and running with your product immediately. Additional software may not be available immediately but we are doing our best to rectify this.

  • Ableton Live Lite is available to download HERE. It will run in Demo Mode (which has the same feature set as a registered copy of Live Lite) for 30 days before requiring an Activation Code, but the Server issues will hopefully be resolved well before then, at which point you can register it using the code which will be added to your account page upon registration.
  • Pro Tools First can be downloaded HERE. This is the same version as you would get when registering your Focusrite Product, but does not include the Focusrite Creative Suite (which you will have access to when the Server Issues are resolved).
  • Additionally, your Mac or PC Compatible Focusrite Product can be used with most major DAWs that you may already have access to (Garageband, Cubase, Reaper, Mixcraft, Logic, etc.).

Please also see the Getting Started Videos at THIS LINK, but for the time being, skip over the Registration portion until we have the issue resolved.
